Nestled on the serene banks of the Loire, Le Choiseul is a charming retreat that exudes classic French elegance. During our recent stay, we were delighted to discover the hotel's culinary prowess, especially in the inspiring hands of head chef Hervé Lussault.One evening, we dined in the "côté Loire" dining room, treating ourselves to a gastronomic journey of delicate flavors and creative presentations. The panoramic view of the Loire River added a touch of magic to an already exquisite meal. The next morning, we indulged in a lavish breakfast in the "côté jardins" dining room, where attentive servers ensured our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The beautiful coffees, adorned with the hotel's name, were a delightful personal touch.Beyond the culinary delights, the hotel itself is a haven of relaxation. The salon, with its cozy ambiance, provided the perfect spot for evening drinks. The quick coffee-and-croissant petit dej in the hotel bar was a convenient start to our day of exploration.In conclusion, Le Choiseul offers a refined blend of culinary innovation and serene surroundings. A stay here is a treat for the senses, and we look forward to returning to savor more of Chef Lussault's creations in the future.
